Meet the Man Under the Hat

André M. Baxter is the owner, designer and milliner of Christine Designs by André Millinery (CDAMillinery). A unique combination of passion for the fashions of British Royalty and growing up in a pentecostal based faith, where ladies wore hats religiously, has birthed the creation of CDAMillinery.

André has been a featured designer in the 2010 and 2011 HautéLanta Fashion Weeks. Was named "Designer of the Month", April 2010 in the eurpoean publication, HATalk Magazine. CDAMillinery has also been featured in a year long run with the 19th Hole Golf Magazine's Country Club Series 2011-12.
